These terms and conditions apply to any services booked online, by phone and text.

Lina Cleaning Service reserve the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions.

Services

Regular Cleaning – including eco-friendly cleaning products. If you don’t require any products the charge will be reduced. We will talk to you and visit your home if we need to. We will take notes of all your needs and we will create an unique for your property check list, which will help you monitor our job.

Lina Cleaning Service reserves the rights to amend the initial quotation if the client’s requirements change on the day of the visit.

Spring Cleaning- (The minimum requirement is for 6 hours per visit).

All estimates made on the day of the booking are for illustrate purposes only, they are based on estimates for similar property.

After builders cleaning
(The minimum requirement is for 7 hours per visit).

Payment

For regular daily, weekly or fortnightly cleaning customers payment should be made as described in your welcome letter. Standing order confirmation form should be received before the first visit commence.

For one off cleaning we should receive deposit in advance and full payment at the end of the job. You can pay by cash, bank transfer or cheque.

If a client prefers the cleaner to collect the keys from a third party’s address, then he/she will be charged an extra £30.00.

Customers must secure a car parking space if that is necessary.

Cancellation

Two working days are needed for cancellation. If you cancel after this time a 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.

If you no longer need Lina Cleaning Service, two weeks written notice is required.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please notify the contractor within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. No claims can be processed after that time limit.

If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.
